I decided to change my dstv package. While browsing the dstv website I saw an option to change my package. I followed that option and changed my package. When I tried to make a payment I noticed that it was still reflecting the old amount, I then decided to call dstv. I spoke to Lindi, when I explained to her that I changed my package on the website she told me that I have COMMITED, she spoke to me with a lot of attitude, unprofessional and disrespectfull. If this is why is the option on your website??? Call reference is
