Dear Whoever
I have complained, ranted and raved about the problems I have about my account for the last 9 weeks, and yet still no one is willing to find out why I'm being over-billed and ignored. I have cancelled my contract two weeks ago, yet you still have the audacity to send me a bill!!! You people are cooked honest to you're cooked.
