On the 25th of February I received an email asking if I am aware of my high usage on my data bundle. I replied and told them that I was aware of that. My line was then just suspended. I have never missed a payment and I can not understand why they can quickly suspend your line but it takes ages to get you going again. Numerous emails have been sent requesting the re-connection but with no success. It is the 05th of March today and my line is still suspended. My debit order went off the bank account without fail. Even a call to the call centre have not worked. I have had it with Autopage!!!
I need to do my work and had to go buy a pre-paid card to do so. This is totally unacceptable!!! I need my data card to be re-connected. This is the third time in six months this has happened. The previous time I was unable to use my data card for almost a month.
