I logged a call with Telkom on the 14th of July 2013 concerning my adsl line which is not working. I have phoned the call centre numerous times and every time I get the same reply, "we are busy fixing the problem". It is now 6 weeks later and my adsl line is still not fixed. The consultant at the call centre can not give me any other answer than "we are busy fixing the problem". It is time now for me to cancel my Telkom adsl line.
