Incorrect billing AGAIN!!!

Hi

I have received the worst service ever from autopage accounts. I made a huge mistake switching from a competitor to vodacom (autopage). I have been overcharged and money deducted from my account as its a debit order every month. I had vodacom contact me telling me that autopage will contact me and sort it out but couple of weeks have passed and i still haven't received any feedback. This service is pathetic and day light but unfortunately i have to stick with it for another year as i signed a 24 months contract. How i regret taking my contract through autopage
