In early December I nticed my existing Vodacom 3G contract with MWEB had expired (MWEB do not tell you that your contract has expired - they just keep it going), and decided to change it to MTN, which is much cheaper. The details of what followed are too many to list, but it is now mid February and, after six visits to the MWEB store in Cresta, numerous phone calls to the Cresta store, MWEB sales and technical support, most of which go unanswered, my MTN connection is still not live. This is by far the worst service I have ever received for any product or service in my life
