Left stranded with an uncaring attitude

My modem stopped working and I tried calling mweb at Cresta. After numerous attempts I finally got through.
I spoke to a female named Noxy and explaiend my problem. she said she could nto help me and I needed to contact the technical depattment in cape town, I then asked her to tell how far my contact was to expiry. she asked me security questions. I got 2 of 3 and then had to make a phone call to get the 3rd answer which i did.
she then refused to assist me, even after I mentioned how long it had take for me to finally get through and how urgent this was. when they needed my business their attitiude was very different. I am extreamly displeased. Mweb please educate your staff on custiomer satisfaction. My experience was very unpleasant.
