I hate cell c and want out!!! Im still waiting for them to come back to me after how many calls and how many operators, even supervisor, which just cant sort anything out or even give me feed back. I took the casual chat 100 package about 19months ago so that i could receive 100mb of data free per month. Cell C says that i don't receive those benefits cause its not ticked on there system that i should receive but there's other benefits like itemized billing (which i never asked for and also never receive, which also isn't even suppose to be on there according to the contract deal?? My account before i upgraded to was on average R650, BUT NOW its over R1500 every month since I've upgraded.(calls R500 and rest data!!??) So now it costs me more for the same benefits i had plus extra added cost which I never asked for?? Why would i have change then cause I am not getting what was promised to me yet i was charged for my internet that i was suppose to get for free. Then they wanted to refund all the data in data that they charged me for when they were not suppose to?? how does that help?? They charged me standard rates and they've put me in debt and data cant get me out! PLZ HELP
