NO SERVICE ON CONTACT CENTRE

I have been trying to reach a consultant on the 140 & 084 140 numbers for two days
When I make a selection to speak to a consultant the voice prompt says that I will be connected with a consultant and then that the service cannot be provided at the time.
I also send a sms to the sms line - but I am not hopeful
This is the only way I hope to make contact
This is not acceptable
