I have the very same problem reported on 23-Dec by an anxious customer. I just pasted the same complaint here:
"Top tv has changed to Starsat. All channels have been blocked for a number of days without communication. Several calls to the call centre and selection various options all lead to the same voice prompt. No way to speak to a consultant.
They have also just changed all the channels. Removed channels without notification.
Do we have a case to claim against this type is service?
I am paying for something that is of bad quality and just changes without notification. "
