I am irritated and disgusted by the service I recieved at Multichoice yesterday. Firstly my services where suspended on teh 28th April 2013 before month end. i then make payment on the 30th at shoprite. And tehn when you all the callcentre, the stupid irritating voice promt takes forever to put you through a consultant. Mind you I am using my airtime (Afterpaying so much money for the service itself, you would expect the multichoice number to be a Tollfree line). After failing to go through to a consultant, The voice prompts alerts me that when paying at a Shoprite, your services will be reconnected within 24hours. till today my services have still not been connected. The voice prompt that gets yo nowhere is a waste of airtime and time. i spend over R100 airtime waiting to speak to someone who can assist me and all I got was a bit fat nothing!!! and this is the case all the time!!! So disappointed!
