MTN contract mistake from their part

Hi got the wrong information on contrack choice. Asked for a capped 2gig. They made it and open accountIt was suppose to cost R119 per month, but received a account for R1500.I also complained about no reception, it took them more then 60 days to come and do a test at my house, and they insist me to pay the full amount. For their mistake. The shop does not even have a tel no. Now they suspended my account after explaining it to the credit appartment.and they understand my issue. I also had bad reception, sometimes it took 4 houres to get into my gmail account. Send them printouts of one day examples of no connections. No one came back to me to resolve the account. Can not even receive calls. Applied for job positions.but nobody can contact me. What to do now? Every time I go to the shop and have to stand in the Q for and hour. email address: [Email Removed]
