Hi got the wrong information on contrack choice. Asked for a capped 2gig. They made it and open accountIt was suppose to cost R119 per month, but received a account for R1500.I also complained about no reception, it took them more then 60 days to come and do a test at my house, and they insist me to pay the full amount. For their mistake. The shop does not even have a tel no. Now they suspended my account after explaining it to the credit appartment.and they understand my issue. I also had bad reception, sometimes it took 4 houres to get into my gmail account. Send them printouts of one day examples of no connections. No one came back to me to resolve the account.
