This is a follow up on my previous report on breach of confidentiality by Vodacom.
As explained previously statements was drawn on my account without my express authorization.
Vodacoms response is that is for accounting purposes,
Only problem is i saw the actual statements in the hands of the investigating officer when he was interviewing me..(NI)
so below is Mr de vries from Vodacoms response, and i am still waiting for their feedback on my lawyers letter.
I also want to see the court order and 205 issued to Vodacom for handing my info over to someone else.

As previously advised, your account was accessed by our Accounts division, on the same day (2012-09-06) your line was unlocked, after the arrears amount was paid, the invoices & statements was printed by our Accounts Division for reconciliation purpose.

The info was not forwarded to any 3rd party outside of Vodacom. If you wish to have access to the call recordings you can contact our & Risk Divsion on the following contact number 0116535000 (charged call). They will best advise you on the legal procedure to follow.
