Moenier De Vries from Vodacom Direct come to work on a Saturday to resolve my complaint. He is very professional on the phone and is solutions focused.
After numerous complains and being sent from pillar-to-post my complaint landed at his desk and he called me and we were able to resolve the situation in one phone call and he was willing to listen and solution (unlike the other staff who just transfer you to someone else).
