No Service Continues

Last week I posted a complaint on this webpage regarding no signal in the area where I work and live. Response: We will be in contact with you within 54 hours (and counting)!

My other complaint is I have been blaming people that they do not call me. They always assured me that they had tried, but could not connect. That my number keeps saying that it cannot connect.
When 2 of the business consultants were standing next to me they both called my number and it gave them the same error. My phone did not even ring!

Enough is enough Cell C. This morning, as I am in Durban for a day I went to the Cell C shop in La Lucia Mall, as my 'personal hotspot' app has disappeared. Neither of the young people there had any clew as to how to recover it, and told me I must book my phone into Cell C to be sent to Jhb to be reset. Or I must take it to the Apple Istore and see if they can rectify the problem!!! Yes and Apple charge for anything not purchased from them.
The level of competency with Cell C is pathetic. When will we get service?
