MTN Direct has been spamming me with calls from recently. I have never been an MTN customer and neither did i give them my details nor did i give permission to the Direct marketing association to pass my details to anyone.
This is unprofessional behaviour.
Whats even worse is that Indian lady who is a supervisor at the call center argues with me on my calls and data usage, she claims that its not illegal for companies to share this kind of information.
