Poor signal in residential area and stuck with it!

After signing a 24 month contract with Cell C we found that we have little or no signal in our home from where my fianc? e runs her hair salon. When we logged a fault online for which we received a ref number we had absolutely no response whatsoever. We then phone Cell C's call centre and the reference number was confirmed and were told the issue was being looked into. After another week we went to a CellC outlet in Tygervalley, the person was very helpful and phoned the service dept. We were told to log on to Vodacom's service. The Samsung S4 continuously says not able to connect please try later. No joy. Up until today we have had no contact or response from Cell C. When we asked if we could transfer our contract to Vodacom were told, Sure if you pay your remaining 22months!!! So we sit with an expensive contract we cannot use and my fianc? e's business is at risk as clients cannot contact her on her Cell C number. My Vodacom phone has full signal in the same house.
