Its almost impossible to get hold of them. they do not answer emails and calling them takes at least 45mins in a queue. I wanted to move to Afrihost and tried by they did not allow the transfer. I was told there was an outstanding amount of R60.13. So I paid it that day and tried again. It failed. I tried over the next few days and all failed.
I was then told that I owed R31... and then R60 and then R49.97. How is this possible? They cannot answer these questions and all i want to do is leave! :(
