Terrible Service from Cell C

In July I was in Zim and had to use my data roaming for work purposes while there (not a good idea) and as a result I reached my credit limit for the month. The biggest problem, however, was trying to sort this out with the call centre in August. I enquired about the limit in August and was promised that I would receive feedback the same day (06-08) I explained that I would be on a flight so they needed to leave a voicemail. I received no feedback. I called 2 days later (08-08) as I had still not heard anything and could not use my data. Upon calling the call centre agent said they had tried calling but couldn't get through. This is a blatant since I received no notification of a missed call or voicemail message. And if they could not get through it is cause the cell C network coverage is terrible!! I then called AGAIN after it had not been resolved. They then extended my limit as the charges were carried over from last month. However, I received a call from another call centre agent later saying it first had to be increased to R15 000 and then it would be reduced and he apologised for not being informed. He then promised to call by 5pm (08-08). I am still waiting for the call.
