My bill was on R345 before i purchased the MyMeg500 from Vodacom. The MyMeg500's cost is R99 on promotion. Therefore my bill should have been R444 after purchasing the promotion but was instead R534. I was explained that i was being charged for March and for April but i can not see the reasoning behind that since we are in March. I should only be charged for March and in the beginning of April, I can be charged for April. The call centre superviser was extremely rude and of no assistance. When i told her my friend had the same issue and the additional amount was reversed, she told me that can not be so, or it must be for another reason when it was for the same problem.

I would advise anyone interested in buying this promotion not to do so.
