Vodacom has a partner called Afrizone. They called me one day to say that they can offer me a monthly airtime at a cheaper monthly rate. Naively I agreed. After realizing that I was to in terms of payments I called in but never got the matter ressolved. Waiting for their stupid contract to end so I can go back to being a normal Vodacom Prepaid customer.
While I wait for that contract to end, I am being harrassed by Afrizone sales people, calling me almost everyday trying to sell me their products again. I have been telling every single one of them that I dont want anything from them, but hey guess what they keep on calling inspite of that. This is very annoying and digusting to say the list. I am a business man and sometimes these stupid calls disturb my meetings or the running of my business. I sometimes choose to ignore calls thinking its them but only to find I lose out on taking important calls. This is becoming a violation of my privacy and my constitutional rights. Will have to take this matter up with the consumer cancel if this continues.
