I have been having endless problems with Cell C data since Jan 2012.There were various reports logged against Cell C on, last feedback from Cell C was that it would be escalated to Senior Management. This network issue has now impacted my livelihood and I have had enough. I was scheduled to write a very important exam on 28 Feb 2013.Due to the fact that it is an international exam and most of my studying aids, exam prep questions online I was not able to access these sites which eventually I had to reschedule or I would have definitely failed. The initial examination fee $555, re-writing $375 and rescheduling is $70-so naturally I rescheduled, but this was money I never budgeted for. I started a new job on 01 March 2013 and my reporting line is based in London, how am I supposed to communicate with him with no signal. I.have been having issues with my data since I took out this contract in Jan 2012, but recently this is pathetic. I have been stating the urgency of my case and kept being told that the network guys would contact me, but nothing - failure to pay your acc then u cut off. I have 3 contracts, never missed a payment and this is the treatment that I get???
