On Friday 14/06/2013 i was suppose to write my CCNA exam @ 10:00. I had to postpone my exam as i could not make to write it and according to the client policy, i needed to give 24hrs notice to reschedule. On Thursday 13/06/2013 i called CTU Randburg on serveral occasions but could not get through du to their phone lines giving problems. At 09:35 i called the Customer Services number and spoke to Joanita and explaind what was going on and that i could not write on the Friday. I was advised that they will sort it out on their side and will give me feedback. I then received a few emails stating that i could not reschedule as i did not give 24hrs notice and i will have to forfeit my exam fee and will have to pay the next time i want to write. Joanita also mailed Gaele explaining that i have called well in the time and according to the client policy.
I don't think this is right and wonder how many other people this has happened to. The exam itself is not cheap and people don't have money to just through around when they are not in the wrong.
