Vodacom
Unexplained billing dispute

The company uses 2 cellphones, of which, the one in query is simply an "auxiliary" unit.
Both units are business contracts with Vodacom.
The auxiliary unit is a new Samsung NOTE 2 and is barely used if at all! For that reason the business contract was reviewed and redrawn at Vodacom Somerset Mall under the guidance and suggestions of Mr Lucas Gouws!
We were therefore shocked to receive an account for this unit for an amount of R 4135.00 relating to alleged data usage in June 2013 and although we paid the account to prevent disruption of the service we disputed the matter and submitted a complaint via Mr Gouws who is now at Vodacom in Stellenbosch!
We are also shocked to note that Vodacom has miscalled 5 times during the week following the complaint during which I was out of the country (as I told Mr Gouws!) AND yet did NOT leave a clear contact number to allow for the pursuit of this dispute! All Voda numbers of the miscalls are actually NOT rediable!
Upon my return, I was told that due to the fact i didn't answer their calls the ref nbr was now INVALID!
Does Vodacom expect customers to put their lives on hold for a call at VODA's CONVENIENCE to settle a dispute???!
