I have a MTN contract, my 24 months went past and all of a sudden they charge me more money for the same product .(according to my contract with them everything will stay the same and now they charge me more?) the Suppervisor that works there cant help, he said to keep my money ect I must upgrade my contract again.
I told the suppervisor more then a week ago the sales team must phone me. I am still waiting for that . the service is terrible.
