On 23 July 2013 I complained to [Email Removed] about the non-allocation of free points that can be converted to free airtime as promised through MTN's SMS service.
> Followed up at least 8 times to [Email Removed] [Email Removed]
> After a few ignores I forwarded the problem to Pat Mamane - [Email Removed] - at Innovtion Centre on 28 Nov 12 & again on 17 Feb 13
> Last correspondence was on 19 Feb 2013 - still no conclusion.
