I have been struggling with reception now for the last 4 weeks, my cellphone is constantly on SOS service, the signal strength runs between 1 and 3 lines. I am fed up really I did not want to upgrade actually, I wanted to move over to Vodacom, this company has excellent reception, but once again I gave Cell C a chance. I need to use my phone, this is unacceptable why are you not doing anything for people in small towns or on farms. I am paying and paying and at this stage it is a punishment and not a joy. I will also not call the call centre because I do not have 40 minutes for someone to help me. You can also not phone me, because of my bad reception.
