No internet - cancelled sim card & still charge me

In April FNB had a data special via Cell C for 2gig for R99 a month - sounds like a great deal so I took it. What a waste of time - the consultant checked my area (Glenferness) so see if they have coverage and was told they do. From day 1 I have barely been able to connect to the internet - there are intermitent days when I get a bit of a connection, but for the most part all Im wasting is my time and money (oh and the problem is the same wherever I am in Joburg - still no connection) I logged a complaint and they said they would investigate it - I heard nothing back and then eventually I log another complaint and I get told they are investigation the investigation as to why nobody has solved the problem - a few more months go by and still nothing is resolved so I inform you people I want to cancel this contract and I will NOT be paying a cancellation fee as you have breached your end of the deal not being able to provide the service you promise me and I want a refund on the charges you have levied on me since April as you havent provided me what I was paying for. So what happens?? You people now cancel my sim card and STILL deduct money and STILL nobody gets back to me!
