MONEY BEING DEDUCTED FOR EXPIRED CONTRACT

I have a cellc contract which expired in 2011, not sure on the month, I faxed through a letter of cancellation, which was obviously not received in 2011. I phoned today to querie why the amount was still coming, because I noticed money off my account for cellc debit order, besides my exisitng contract. I don't understand that if I signed for a 24 month contract, why it doesn't expire/cancel after the time has lapsed. I did not sign up for a 60 month account. also when I asked why R65 came off this month not R75 like the contract stated they say they have taken off R85 last month and there is a balance of R10, so the account was less this month, how can u just go chopping and changing amounts, and taking money off my account without my permission, I want to be refunded from the time the contract was meant to cancel. and to cancel the contract with immediate effect!! I had to wait 12 minutes and still did not get put through to the accounts department, I am NOT impressed with cell c service.
