I phone them, plus I sent them a cancellation letter, plus I sent them proof of my deposit payment as requested to cancel my contract. Cancel my contract they did but did they return my deposit within 21 days as per their policy. Looks like they somehow forget when its not money they are collecting.
Neotel I hate this feeling when I'm begging for my own money back. Do I really have to phone you, email you and haunt you for what's mine.
