MTN BAD service

Early in Feb I went into the local MTN store in Three Rivers to make arrangements to port my number and move my current Vodacom contract to MTN. everything was agreed on, contract signed and application successful. I explained to the lady the urgency of the number being ported ny month end (28 Feb) as I use my cellphone for business and make all calls from it. After contacting them repeatedly on the 28th and on the first of March their explanation is still that there seems to be a problem on the MTN network and I just have to continue phoning in and be patient!!! in the meantime I am unable to make a call!!! Still!!! How on earth is this possible. Who will be able to help me!! I am now so frustrated I have no words. I wish I staid with Vodacom!!!
