Regret the port!

At the end of 2013 I decided to port from another network to Vodacom- thinking it would be such a good move but I am sad to say that I think I regret it.

Vodacom first took so long to make my number prepaid (or whatever it is that needs to be done when you port) allowing me to at least have GPRS settings, now that I have those they have still not moved my number from prepaid to contract. Here I sit forking out airtime when I should be on a contract! I have phoned multiple times and they keep saying they will hone me back alas I am still waiting!

I went into a Vodacom store where I am now- in a different city as I am not living near the one I ported at and they said this whole process should take 5-10 MINUTES!! it had take 3 WEEKS and counting!
