I called Cell C today as I wanted to upgrade my account. Customer Service put me through to upgrades, I waited 16 minutes before 084145. I did so and was told we could go ahead and process my application as everything was in order. Then the lady tells me that there is a note on her system saying i applied for an upgrade on the 28th of Feb and she cant help me that I need to speak to Customer Care. I called Customer Care and they cant pick up anything and im back to square one. Nobody helped. I am disgusted in Cell C and will be moving away with immediate effect. You guys, employ people with no brain capacity or customer service skills. After 10 years of constant struggle, I say its time to pack up and leave this useless service provider, that advertises false things.
