FALSE ADVERTISING

1. l was sold UNCAPPED and UNSHAPED internet on 8/3/2012, but its both capped and shaped. The modem didnt work so l returned it on 13122012 after Danny asked me to bring it in. It is still there and they have never called me to fetch it
3. Three months into the contract, with a modem that didnt work, l was so disillusioned with MTN, l went in to head office and told Mantou Khesa l wanted to cancel the contract (open 26/6/2012). l had 2 emails from her and then not another word.
4. Finally l get hold of Danny Botha in retentions who tells me how to go about cancelling the contract. I comply, send the cancelling email (25 July 2012). He never acknowledges it and just "disappears''
5. Have you ever tried to call MTN? They are a perfect lesson on how NOT to operate. You tell the same story over and over again to different people, if you can actually get through. You are shunted from pillar to post. You never get the person you ask for, the person who is dealing with the case.
6. GUESS WHAT? MTN STILL DEBITS MY ACCOUNT. YES ON A CANCELLED CONTRACT.
SERVICE? NEVER!! COMPETENT? NEVER!! MTN - NEVER EVER AGAIN.!!
