Am not happy with the cell c call center now i am speaking to a lady who is rude and telling me the is no supervisor and manager and put me on hold, i want my money back as i sent cancellation on the 18/02/2012 and the contract was not cancelled am not happy with this and i be opening a case of as cell c does not have the right to deduct money from my account i have been on hold from 09h40 and now its 09h47 i want you to listen to the call and tell me how u expect to have customers while u have unprofessional employees i will never ever take contract with u and will make sure that i tell everyone i know not to. very angry custome
