Someone opened a cell phone contract on my name.
I never had a contract with Cell C in my life, I went to your store in Fourways mall.
The persons name in whom the contract was entered into doesn't correspond with the ID even, so how do they
give contracts to people with someone else's ID? IT IS!
When I ask them to show me the ID and the contract they could not provide it.
They keep on sending me text messages from Norman & Bisset,
I have send a statement from the police and letter to [Email Removed]
without any response from him.
There was nothing done!
I REQUEST THAT YOU INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER AND COME TO A CONCLUSION.
I AM SICK AND TIRED OF CONTINUOUS HARRASMENT!
IF NOT RESOLVED WITH IN 7DAYS I SHALL HAVE NO ALLTENATIVE TO APPROUCH THE COURTS FOR RELIEF!!!
PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER!
