Why should i be billed for a cancelled contract

November 2012 I received a contract phone day after I received it I cancel it it has never worked the sim card is still sealed. End of november they deduct R5 from my account I never minded thought maybe its cancellation fee now december again cell c deduct R109 from my account now I'm worried how can this be because I've cancelled the contract a long time ago. When I call customer care every time a consulted I get tells me the same thing "that my case is being forwarded to the cancellations department" now my question is how many times must it be forwarded. This month too they'll still make a deduction on my account without investigating and dealing with my case. Believe me this is just a story cut short, there's a lot of details to go through. If this is how they operate then I want nothing to do with them..
