I have never been this angry in my life to a point i am very happy to be porting my number to another network..
On Saturday at 13:45 i phoned Vodacom Call centre to enquire about my account. I recharged with R12 then sent 1 whatsapp message to a friend and after that when i check my balance it was .00 i then decided to recharge again with same amount and just after i sent another whatsapp message my balance was on a 0.00 balance. I took my time to contact my network provider to find out what was happening.. I got through to a young lady by the Name JABULILE MCHUNU who told me that "The records" show that i was on the internet; i then advised her that i dint access the net nor send and video, song or pictures on whatsapp but she kept telling me that that is what she can see. She became very rude to a point i asked to speak to someone else and told het that i didn't want to argue with her She boldly told me as a customer that SHE DOESNT WANNA ARGUE WITH ME EITHER..I will like someone who is senior to her and her Manager Tsakane Moleko to listen to that call. Even my colleagues are complaining about the service they receive from some of your agents. JABULILE MCHUNU NEEDS SERIOUS HELP
