Damaged Line still awaiting repairs drom Dec 2012

In Dec 2012 my ADSL line started dropping calls and had a permanent crackling that ment we could not even hear a caller on the phone. I have logged numerous calls in the past four months and about two days later get an SMS stating fault resolved. Eventually I phone a Telkom technician working in our area on the pavement box and got him to come and check the line. Well low and behold the line connections are exposed to the weather and they line is to short to give slack so the conectors can be placed in the box.

I have had three technicians out and they all say this will be reported to Technical as they must come and replace the line etc. Well I am still waiting.

I am trying to do work from home and need to be connected to my work server and this line is so bad it just keeps dropping every two or three minutes. Even trying to complete this form is a hassel.

Please can we get telephone numbers to speak to senior mamagers at Telkom as the call centre service.
