Yesterday I started a contract to receive 500MB per month for my phone. I received the data by 5pm which I was very impressed by. But then not 4hrs later I had some how spent 400MB.
This usage was not registered by my phone and simply not possible. I went to the store the next day, the staff there were very friendly but said they would only be able to let me know what happened to my data in 21 days. I then decided to phone the helpline who, after being put on hold, just put down on me.
I went out of my way to organize this extra data so would really like some answers as it how it simply disappeared? And 3 weeks is just too long to wait!
