This is a follow up to my post on this forum dated 16-04-2013.
The aerial was finally delivered to me and the courier fee was refunded into my account.
Unfortunately the aerial did not help to improve my internet reception problems with MTN in Venterstad.
I informed Poynting Direct and Ivy Matlawa (the sales person with whom I was dealing with) asked me to send the aerial back to them.
Poynting Direct have refunded me with the full price and they did this within a few days of receiving the aerial.
My faith in Poynting Direct has thus been restored and the next time that I am in need of antennas or any related products I will not hesitate to contact them.
I will however arrange for my own courier company to collect from them.
