No feedback, ignorant company

It's such a shame and a disgrace for such a big company like Nashua mobile to give such bad service.
As per my report on hello peter 05/02/2013 you have just shown me that you don't require my services any more, you do not treat your customers with respect
And you are dishonest to your clients, I am a client and I must be treated fairly.
You failed to render services to me nor give feedback to me as per report I wrote to you on the 05/02/2013
My payments are always up to date and when you have to debit your money you are always on time but when you have to be efficient to me and render services I must run after you.
I'm inconvenienced and I'm without a phone due to your bad services but I have a fat bill to pay because of your incompetency and negligence.
As per CPA act it states that you must be transparent and fair to your clients, and I don't think it's the case with Nashua Mobile.
I require my phone delivered to me within 48hours as per sms that was sent to me on the 8th of February 2013 or I will escalate the matter to CPA for further investigations.
