I was looking around for better contract deals and tried to get some information and the contract from numerous cell c shops.
After almost giving up on Cell C as a whole I was speaking to the Cell C shop in the Carlton Centre and they managed to do what the others failed. They gave me what I was looking for and fantastic service, from management to floor staff (Abdul). I can highly recommend these people and they truly do go the extra mile.
I am still to be convinced about the service quality from Cell C's head office in terms of call and data quality but I can say that this particular shop is really great.
This level of service I thought was forgotten in South Africa and I am really glad to be mistaken. Give them a try.
