I speak to a consultant called Cindy/Sindie and once again spending 27min 42sec, she puts me on hold twice for approximately 8min each time, then she hangs up on me and I still don't have any answers. I am a first time client and after all the hassles that I have had, I regret ever utilising Cell C. I still have not received any accounts nor do I know why I was debited R47 extra than the agreed amount of R119, why I paid R118 for only 1gigs in January and why, when I have already capped the amount this is not in effect. Cell C people are attrocious and incompetent. Please DON"T USE Cell C - avoid the extra stress and frustration. They hope they annoy you so much that you will just give up and not question them when you get billed extra.
