I have been to by cell c again; they cannot do their job correctly. I had a call for the customer services team when I last put up a report about them and the lady said that they will credit me on my account for R160 on my contract, I found out that they did not do this when I received the notification from my bank that they debited the full amount, When I call the call center every time, the consultant does not seem to pick up what has been discussed with the other consultant and they are unable to assist me, they say that the charge is valid when the reason I am being charged extra is their fault, I am now fed up with cell c and would like to cancel my contract with them and I am canceling all debit orders for cell c so they cannot my money,
To put it bluntly I would say that the people who work in the call center are complete and cannot do their jobs.
