I was granted uncapped data on my request. I did a lot of downloading from you tube. On sunday, 17/02/2013 my downloading suddenly stopped to a standstill. i contact Telkom and they assure me there is nothing wrong on their side. i then called a technisian in and he tried for hours looking for the "fault" on my side. On thuesday night at about 20H00 hours he told me there is nothing wrong with my PC and then did a test on my ADSL line and print a proof for me. Telkom capped my download and i am not allowed to download anymore allthough i pay for uncapped data.
