About six months ago i requested a contract from mtn, so i get a sales consultant to call me and sell me a contract, it was for a samsung tab P6200 when the sales consultant call me she advised me that i will pay R199 a month for 24 mnts and i will get R100 free airtime 25 sms and 10 mb data all for just R199 a month, well guess what mnt is the biggest liars because this month they debited me R210 yes thats right that how loyal and honest they are.i called the call center and as usual never received the correct answer i requested for a team leader or the sales consultant to call me and guess what im still waiting. I have been using the mnt network all my life and i had so much trust and faith in them... Now all that is gone i am changing my numbers to cell c now i dont want to be with a network that to thier customers.?. So becareful guys watch what you agree to!! Mnt!!
