My university going daughter has used one of my Nashua Mobile Contract numbers for the past 7 years, yet since extending the Contract for a further 2 years about 5 months ago, she has had no airtime available on that Contract. When enquiring personally through a local NM outlet, I have received no joy. On calling the NM call centre, I am advised that it could be anything from the MTN network to the instrument itself, yet my daughter succeeds to make calls when buying pay as you go airtime. I am on an international assignment far from home in South Africa, and cannot believe this poor level of service from Nashua Mobile, with whom I have held about 5 Contracts continuously for the past 10 years. Time to change I guess.
