From perfect reception to call failing in 1 minute

The reception in parts of the Chroompark area of Potgietersrus/Mokopane (i.e. Oranjestraat) allows for call connection and about a minute of conversation, where after the reception starts crumbling and ultimately disintegrates.
This happens without fail during every call made to or from a handset in that area.
