Tried to do upgrade to my contract online. 20 times. Every time I can't read the stupid squiggly letters you have to key in to validate your request. Gave up. Then sent email to contact me. No response after 4 days. Then phoned call centre to try telephonically and apparently FAILED the validation questions. 3 times. Good grief man - I know who I am and they cannot tell you on what question you failed!!! Ask to speak to supervisor. Apparently all at a meeting. Tell operator she's lying, there has to be an escalation level for a ll centre - ask to speak to another operator. Ask HER to get the supervisor. Says hold on. 25 minutes later I'm cut off. GOOD BY Cell - C after 15 years, useless and totally incompetent bunch!!!
